We're proud to offer you our in-house designs. These designs are optimized to save you money and provide optimal comfort. In the case that our designs are not what you're looking for, we're happy to quote customizations or new designs on a case-by-case basis.

The two-story Selkie is similar to the 1-story design and also includes a lower level with a garage and additional living space or basement suite.

Introducing the Selkie 960, our largest in-house model! A compact yet spacious design, the Selkie offers options for both energy-efficient and standard construction packages. The Selkie can be configured in a one-story or two-story configuration. The two-story model includes a garage and an optional 1-bedroom suite.

The Magni480 ADU is a remarkable design that prioritizes functionality and comfort through the use of transitional interior spaces. The Magni480 is nimble, coming in under a footprint of 480 square feet. This design is ideal for a secondary dwelling, cabin, or home for up to two occupants, including space for an occasional third guest.
